JK Technology is an Authorised Apple Reseller and we offer Apple products at education pricing at Academic by JK Technology.

Pricing and Promotions

The offers are valid for students and staff members of the respective Institutions only. Each student and staff member can only purchase one Mac and one iPad per calendar year. The offers are subject to availability, while stocks last.

Prices indicated are inclusive of 7% GST. The comparative prices shown are the Standard Retail Prices (SRP) in Singapore.

Payment

We accept a variety of payment methods.

  • PayNow
  • Bank Transfer
  • Credit Card

Payment via Credit Card is available only through our secure payment gateway with an additional charge of 2.7%.

For Institutions that offer loans or subsidies, the options are shown at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

We sell and ship only within Singapore. Shipping is free on all orders. Once you have placed your order, our staff will contact you to schedule a delivery within 3 to 5 business days, subject to stock availability.

If a scheduled delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, an additional charge of $15.00 per subsequent delivery will be imposed.

Pickup

The option to pickup your order is currently unavailable.

Changes or Cancellations

Changes to your order can only be made up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

You may be eligible to return an item for an exchange or a refund. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from us. Please review the following terms.

  • Opened products cannot be returned. If item is sealed, in its original packaging and has not been tampered with, you may return the item.
  • You will be required to state a valid reason for a return.
  • For eligible item(s), you have up to 3 calendar days from the time you received your item(s) to initiate a return.
  • If the item is returned within this timeframe, we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. However, please note that we will only remit refunds to a Singapore bank account where the name of the bank account holder matches the Customer's name or information. We can only remit refunds domestically and cannot remit refunds outside of Singapore.
  • In the unlikely event of cosmetic defects upon arrival, please report to us via email with photos within 48 hours from the time you received your item(s).
  • Manufacturer defects will have to be reported to us via email within 7 calendar days from the time you received your item(s).

All returns and exchanges are subject to approval. By purchasing a product from our store, we reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges.

An item is valid for a refund if:

  • You purchased the same or a similar item more than once.
  • You purchased additional accessories already included in the bundles.
  • You purchased software already provided by your Institution.
  • You changed your Course of Study.

An item is not valid for a refund if:

  • You change your mind. However, an exchange allowed, subject to approval.
  • The item was purchased from another source.
  • The item is out of stock, unless it is unavailable within the stipulated timeframe.
